On Friday 3 July, the Château launches its Brasero Nights: meats and seasonal vegetables grilled live on the great brasero by our caterer, sharing boards and views over the listed park and its lake.
Soft lighting, ambient music and the atmosphere of a Historic Monument: an opening evening to enjoy in small company, before more dates all summer long.

At the heart of the evening, our caterer grills meats and seasonal vegetables on the great brasero. Butcher's cuts, skewers and Lauragais vegetables: generous, convivial cooking, served to the rhythm of the fire.

An evening in two acts: first the aperitif, drink in hand, then an all-you-can-eat buffet — starters, mains and desserts, cold and hot.
